My New Hobby: Baking Bread
During the lockdown last year, I decided to try something new. I've always loved the smell of fresh bread, so I thought, why not try baking it myself? My first attempt was a disaster! The bread was flat and hard as a rock. My family still laughs about it. But I didn't give up. I watched videos, read recipes, and bought some special flour. Slowly, my bread started to get better. Now, I can bake delicious sourdough and rye bread. It's so rewarding to pull a warm, golden loaf out of the oven. It's become my favorite way to relax on weekends.
