My grandmother, Maria, is an amazing cook, especially her apple pie. Every Sunday, our whole family goes to her house for lunch, and there's always a slice of pie for everyone. Last weekend, I finally asked her for the recipe. She just smiled and said, It is not just the ingredients, dear, it is the love! She did give me the list of ingredients and the steps, but she also told me to add a secret touch of cinnamon and a lot of patience.
