My First Sushi
Last Saturday, I decided to try something new: making sushi! I love eating sushi, but I'd never made it before. I watched a few videos online, bought all the ingredients – special rice, seaweed, fresh fish, and vegetables. It looked easy in the videos. Well, it wasn't! My first few rolls were a disaster. The rice was too sticky, and the seaweed kept tearing. My kitchen looked like a battlefield. But I didn’t give up. After an hour, I finally made one perfect-looking piece. It tasted amazing, even if most of them were a bit messy. I’ll try again next month!
